Who we are
StayAtlas is operated by Dobby Digital L.L.C. ("we", "us"). Contact: ads@dobbydigitalads.com.
What we collect
- Approximate country. Our hosting provider determines your country from your connection so we can show relevant destinations. We receive only the two-letter country code; we do not store your IP address.
- Search details you choose to enter (destination, dates, number of guests and rooms). These are used to send you to our partner's search results and, where analytics are enabled, may be counted in aggregate.
- Campaign information in the link that brought you here (for example campaign or click identifiers set by an advertising network), used to measure which campaigns are useful.
- Usage events such as page views, search interactions and clicks to our partner, where analytics are enabled.
Cookies and similar technologies
We store your cookie choice in your browser's local storage so we don't ask again. Where required by law (including the UK and EEA), optional analytics or advertising measurement tools run only after you select Accept. You can change your choice at any time using Cookie settings in the footer of the home page.
When you leave this site for our accommodation partner, that site's own privacy and cookie policies apply.
Why we use data
To personalise destination suggestions, to send you to the search results you requested, to measure and improve the site, and to understand which advertising campaigns are effective. Where consent is required we rely on consent; otherwise we rely on our legitimate interest in operating and improving the site.
Sharing
We share data only with service providers that help us run the site (such as hosting and, if enabled, analytics providers) and with our affiliate partner when you click through (for example, a campaign identifier in the link). We do not sell personal information.
Retention
Analytics data is kept in aggregate or for the period set in the relevant provider, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under UK GDPR or US state privacy laws) you may have rights to access, correct or delete your personal data, or to object to or restrict its use. Contact us at ads@dobbydigitalads.com. UK residents may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
